Sept 9 to Oct 28, 2024 (8 weeks for $80)

 

Included in the 8 week session cost is 8 pre-recorded classes (one new recording per week) and the option to attend one Live online class per week on Mondays at 9am via zoom. Every week the Monday online class will be recorded and it is this recording that is made available for the week. The zoom class recording will be sent to your Inbox to be viewed at your convenience as often as you would like until the new recording of the week is released the following Monday. You may find doing the same sequence more than once per week is even more calming and beneficial as your mind doesn't have to think as much about the poses and you can relax into the movements and breathing more easily.

Payments accepted by e-transfer.

No refunds/credits.

Completing an online waiver is required before attending the Live online class or viewing recordings.​

Classes are one hour.

​

Also included in the session cost are optional private online meetings before or after the Live class to discuss any health issues, pain or injuries you may be working around or to answer any questions you have.
